Ah, there is NOTHING like a good back scratching…especially if you get one in return. Yup, Parsons Brinckerhoff is gonna get a GOOD payback for minimal investment. Only $50,000 to “Yes on Greenlight” with hundreds of millions in design/consulting work to come if the voters approve the highest sales tax in the state to build a streetcar/light rail from St. Pete to Clearwater (not to Tampa!). Don’t worry that they messed up the architecture on a simple PSTA parking lot and had to be sued to payback $600,000 to the taxpayers. Don’t worry that the Parsons Brinckerhoff design on the Johns Pass Bridge had to be “updated” with plastic orange fencing and plywood to keep people from falling off! After all Parsons Brinckerhoff’s crack design only partially paralyzed one teenager, fractured another’s skull and led to only one major lawsuit. Welcome on board the GREEDLINE Parsons Brinckerhoff! Bring your Back scratcher!
